Recently French supercar maker Bugatti has unveiled the new Bugatti Chiron. Currently Bugatti only has four models of cars. All of them are variations of the famous Bugatti Veyron. The Veyron was unveiled during a 2005 auto show. It was named the fastest car in the world by Guinness World Records. But, its era is about to end. Bugatti says that the Chiron will be a "completely new development." According to the car maker, it'll be faster, more powerful and even more expensive, with a base price of €2.4 million ($2.6 million). Bugatti estimates that the car will go a whopping 260 mph and will have 1,500 horsepower. Bugatti also says ¨It is part of human nature to cross boundaries and set new records," Bugatti President Wolfgang Dürheimer said in a statement. "This striving is also our driving force at Bugatti. The Chiron is the result of our efforts to make the best even better." Bugatti, says that they will only make 500 of the first Chiron series and a third of them have already been sold.
