The Bendable Smartphone

The Bendable Smartphone

In 2018, we will have the new and improved edition of the bendable smartphone. This story says that it will be using the thinnest material in the world, (grapheine). Using this material allows it to bend as if it were a watch around you wrist. You may be thinking that this phone made by moxie will not be strong but, according to this article it is, strong, flexible, light and transparent. Unfortunately, when it comes out it will first be black and white. Luckily, moxi's company says that it will eventually have a color screen when the technology comes out. The price is expected to come out as $760 as black and white. Also, Samsung and LG  tried making a bendable phone one time, but it did not bend as far as the Moxi phone. So, as of 2016, Moxi is the only company that will be selling these successfully bendable smartphones in 2018.

I found it interesting that thinking about these phones in 2018, with color will blow apple phones, samsung, and LG phones off the market if they become successfully. I chose to read  this article because I think that these phones will  have lots of potential in later years, and I’ve never seen anything like it. It may seem odd now wearing a phone around our wrists, but it will be a common thing to wear. Of course apple, samsung, and LG will try to make these phones. It will be too late by the time theres comes out because everyone will already have the new Moxi phones.
