Facebook is reportedly encoding your messages so they are only able to be read by the receiver and the sender. This new “update” will be able to be used in a couple of months. Not even Facebook itself can’t read your messages. Apple’s iMessages and WhatsApp owned by Facebook, both have encoded messages where Apple and the owners of Facebook can’t see your messages. Facebook is not only doing this to protect your privacy, but to keep up with competitors. I liked this article because first of all, police are very nosy!
