Recently, they have come up with an app that can end the credit card fumbling and taking out any cash. It's like Apple pay, except even more innovative. Google created this app called "Handsfree". So how it works happens like this: You walk into a restaurant or store and the technology in the place uses bluetooth, wifi sensors, and in store cameras connects your phone with you with the cash register while the security cameras matches with the selfie uploaded on the app for confirmation.
I found it interesting because it's the first time I've heard of paying money without touching a thing. No Credit cards or cash or wallets. Just a cell phone with this app available. Someday it'll only be like that. You can just walk in a mcdonalds and make your order while all of that is going on. That is why I found it interesting.

Super Disks
Scientist in at the University of Southampton have created a disk that can last for one billion years. Which is way longer than an average computer drive, about 999,999,996 years longer to be exact. They can also hold 360 terabytes of data, which is the equivalent of 22,500 basic iphones. A couple of different things have been put into them such as, the Bible and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. They can also be stored at heats up to 1,832 degrees fahrenheit. I think these are the disks of the future, well if anyone starts using disks again.

APPLE NEWS!
APPLE NEWS!!!!!
The FBI has asked Apple to help them decode a terrorist’s iphone that was involved in an awful massacre. Apple has refused to help them because they do not want to create a code. But Apple keeps refusing because they believe it would leave many other people vulnerable. I support Apple’s decision because imagine a code out there that could open any phone in the world and imagine if a complete stranger had access to your phone. All your calls, texts, notes, where you are ( your phoe had a gps) plus if you have an account like instagram or something on your phone they would have access to that! The FBI has also already stated they have another way to open the phone but it is risky personally I would take the risk because for all you know the man that owned the phone was smart and did not make crime calls on it.

Samsung Roller Coaster
Later in March people will be able to ride one of the nine roller coasters at Six Flags equipped with Samsung Gear VR headsets. The riders will strap a VR headset to their faces and then get on a roller coaster. Now, instead of seeing steel beams and long lines weaving through Six Flags, riders will think they're in space, fighting aliens, or flying through Metropolis with Superman as he fights robots sent by Lex Luthor. On some of the rides, passengers will be able to interact with the virtual world by firing weapons. I think that this is really cool. It will make the roller coasters way cooler, instead of ups and downs, it will be ups and downs with lasers and superman. This will definitely be a big money maker for Samsung and Six Flags.

I chose this story because like cars and it broke the world speed record
A summary of the story?
The car broke the record on the very first day of testing and The previous record was held by a Finnish prototype car that broke 177 miles per hour.
Why did you find it interesting?
A modified electric Chevy Corvette reached a top speed of 186.8 miles per hour. It is american i thought it would break down.

Possible iPhone 7 Features
I read a very interesting story about possible iPhone 7 features. There were recently some leaked pictures of the iPhone 7 which showed a much thinner design along with no headphone jack. I really like the idea of a thinner phone because when you put a Outerbox case on your phone it gets too big and bulky so hopefully with the thinner iPhone 7, the big Outerbox case will be canceled out by the thin phone. Although the thin phone design sounds like a great improvement the idea of there not being a headphone jack kind of worries me. If there isn’t a headphone jack then maybe you plug your headphones into the area where you plug in your phone to charge it. The estimated release date for the iPhone 7 is the fall of 2016. I thought this article was very interesting and I can’t wait to see these new features be put into action on the iPhone 7.

Signals From Space??
It was recently discovered that mysterious radio signals from beyond our galaxy are appearing, and acting “strangely”. FRBs (Fast Radio Bursts) are quick, very rare blasts of radio waves that start billions of light years away in deep space, as Popular Science explains. They were found starting in 2007, but only 17 total have ever been detected since then and don’t repeat. At least, that was our theory until now- we have found evidence of FRBs that may actually repeat.
Research proves that there can be more than one FRB in the same place out in space, according to researcher Shami Chatterjee, and she stated, “Whatever produces the FRB can’t be destroyed by the burst, because otherwise, what would produce the next pulse?” Also, whatever makes FRBs can recharge like a battery to send out more Fast Radio Bursts. It is a mystery that baffles us, and we don’t have an answer or explanation for anything like this yet. Cool, but creepy!!
